PUBG Mobile Lite dikembangkan oleh Developer yang sama yaitu Tencent Games, dan dibangun menggunakan Unreal Engine 4. Versi ini dioptimalkan untuk perangkat atau smartphone yang mempunyai RAM berukuran kecil. Versi ini juga akan kompatibel dengan lebih banyak perangkat tanpa mengurangi keseruan saat bermain PUBG Mobile (Versi Biasa).

PUBG Mobile Lite ini menggunakan map yang berukuran kecil, yaitu 2 x 2 km dan dibuat untuk 40 pemain, sehingga waktu pertandingan juga lebih cepat dibanding PUBG Mobile versi biasa. Kualitas Grafik yang dimiliki juga tidak jauh berbeda dengan PUBG Mobile versi biasa.

Setelah kami coba telusuri di Play Store, PUBG Mobile Lite ini belum ada dan sepertinya memang belum tersedia secara global. Kami juga sudah mencari informasi seputar PUBG Mobile Lite ini di Official Facebook Grup PUBG Mobile Lite dan ternyata versi ini masih dalam proses Beta Testing.
